By creating an account or placing an order on ClickDelivery you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ClickDelivery is a marketplace that connects you with local restaurants and supermarkets and arranges delivery by independent drivers.

2. Orders & payments

• Prices, fees, taxes and tips are shown before you confirm an order.
• Cash on delivery and card transfer are the supported payment methods.
• Once an order is accepted by the restaurant it cannot be cancelled. Contact support if anything goes wrong.

3. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the service: no fake orders, no harassment of drivers or merchants, no fraudulent payments. Accounts that violate this may be suspended.

4. Liability

ClickDelivery is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver hot, accurate orders on time but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
